07 Dec 1978, Akron, Ohio, USA --- 12/7/78-Akron, OH; Sheriff's deputy frisks Santa Claus, John Kaufman, 30, after he was arrested Tuesday for allededly assaulting a jeweler who objected to his method os soliciting contributions.
